TERMS
1.- Must provide your image in jpeg format in order for us to digitize it.
2.- Should email your image here: art@avozar.com.
3.- Your image should be 5″ x 5″ as minimum dimensions. A 150 dpi is fine.
4.- Should specify the imprint size of image to be be digitized.
5.- Should specify the fabric type used for the embroidery project.
A sample must be approved within 24 hours of sample release.
DIGITIZING
Step 1.- We use the JPEG file you provide and digitize a rough sample, on a 100% Cotton Fabric, 40 Neddle, 5oz., with cut away backing.
We have the design ready to go 80% of the times on our first try sample. Stops, Trims, Density and other parameters are not adjusted to this fabric. We run the first sample to estimate time and design a quick production system for your design to take less time to print without loosing the quality.
Step 2.- Once we have your fabric or product home we will use the extra piece you provided for sampling, we run the same file we ran in our 100% Cotton material without making any adjustments to the file. We stand on front of the machine the entire time and take notes on stops, trims, jumps, underlay, lock-ins, lock-outs, stitch density, etc.
Step 3.- After perfecting your sample printed on your fabric or product we send it to you for approval.
Step 4.- Once sample is approved we start production the same day.
A sample must be approved within 24 hours of sample release.
Just like all other services we focus in the quality first then on the speed, how ever some designs may take longer to print than others.
